Who
uses Corporate Housing?
While
the majority of our guests are relocating to the area, or on
a temporary assignment with their company, we can accommodate
people on vacation, between homes, and those in need of insurance
housing as well.
What
is the difference between a Corporate Apartment and a Suite Hotel
room?
We feature
fully furnished, full sized apartments which are more spacious than
the average sized hotel room. Because you are in an actual residential
apartment community you can also enjoy the fitness center equipment,
pools, tennis courts and other recreation areas.
What
can I expect to be included in my apartment?
All of
our apartments are completely furnished; you just need to bring your
clothes and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave,
toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, all china and glassware. There
are one or more bedrooms with queen-size beds in each. Details like
artwork and silk plants give the living and dining rooms a feeling
of home. We feature washers and dryers in most of our units. Although
our apartments are beautifully furnished, we can customize our furnishings
package to meet the individual needs of the guest.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
Yes, our minimum length of stay is 30 days. However, shorter
stays may be available in select communities, please inquire.
Where are your apartments located?
Our apartments are located in various communities throughout
Orlando, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Our apartments
are conveniently located near airports, attractions, business
corridors, universities and military facilities. So, whatever
area of Orlando or South Florida your business takes you, we
can accommodate you.

What is included in the cost?
Your rent includes the fully equipped apartment, local phone service,
cable television and utilities. Tax is applicable on stays of less
than six months and is the same as hotels charge. The only additional
charges would be for extra requests such as a fax machine, baby
crib, rollaway bed or long distance calls. Reasonable cleaning charges
upon move out are included in your rent, but damages and excessive
cleaning will be charged.
How am I billed?
Each guest is required to provide a valid credit card number and
expiration date at the time the reservation is requested. Your credit
card will be charged monthly in advance. If your company has established
an account with us and is being billed for your stay we will send
an invoice for the charges in advance, and we will use your credit
card to guarantee payment for any charges not accepted by your company.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, American Express
and Company Checks.
How do I register and find my apartment?
We will fax or email the reservation agreement to you for signature
prior to your arrival day. When the requested information is returned
we will provide you with complete driving directions and instructions
on how you may obtain the keys to your apartment.
